Domains, mailboxes, DNS, warm-up, reputation and placement are tracked per mailbox, not per account, because that is the level at which mail is accepted or refused. Where a figure has not been measured, the screen shows a dash and says why.
Three independent signals. Reputation, warm-up and placement come from different checks with different freshness. A green reputation does not vouch for a stale warm-up, and the header no longer says “all healthy” when a mailbox under it is stale.
| Domain | Mailboxes | Reputation | Warm-up | Placement | Sent today | Cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| northwind-precast.com | 3 | 94 | 12 days | tested | 86 | 90 |
| northwind-build.com | 2 | 88 | 4 days | not tested | 41 | 60 |
| nw-precast.co | 1 | — | no report | not tested | 0 | 30 |
Read the last row. Sent today is a true zero: the log was checked and nothing was sent. Reputation is a dash: no report exists. The product keeps those two apart.
Warm-up state is refreshed for every workspace on a schedule, and the staleness threshold is derived from that schedule, so slowing the refresh cannot quietly un-break the check.
Warm-up current, DNS complete. In rotation.
Building reputation. Not sending campaign mail yet.
No warm-up report inside the threshold. The domain header stops claiming healthy.
One of MX, SPF, DKIM or DMARC is missing or wrong. Held back until it is fixed.
No placement test has run. Shown as a dash, never as 100%.
Bring your own domains or provision from the workspace. Either way the record is the mailbox.
